We offer domestic shipping across Australia, alongside delivery to selected international regions.

Ready-to-ship jewellery dispatches next business day. Excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery time is additional.

Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery requires extra production time, which will be confirmed with you prior to purchase.

Transit times differ depending on your shipping destination.
A shipping confirmation email with full tracking details will be sent once your package is dispatched.
Jade Aura accepts no responsibility for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, postal service disruptions or other unforeseen external factors beyond our control.
International customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged in their destination country.
