Jade Aura offers a considered bespoke service for clients seeking something personal—created around a particular gemstone, meaningful occasion, or individual vision.
From the first conversation to the final setting, each detail is carefully refined to achieve balance, proportion and lasting presence.
The Bespoke Process
01 — Consultation
We begin with your ideas, preferences and intended budget.
You may come to us with a specific gemstone, an existing design reference, or simply a sense of what you would like the piece to express.
02 — Stone Selection
Where required, we source a curated selection of jade, pearls, diamonds or coloured gemstones for your consideration.
Each stone is chosen for its character, quality and suitability for the final design.
As natural gemstones are individually formed, variations in colour, texture and translucency are part of their beauty.
03 — Design Development
Your piece is developed through proportion, material and structure.
We refine the silhouette, gemstone placement, metal finish and setting details to create a design that feels personal while remaining true to the Jade Aura aesthetic.
Design revisions are included within the agreed scope of the project.
04 — Craftsmanship
Once the final design is approved, your piece is individually crafted by our specialist jewellers.
Depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials, production generally takes approximately 4–8 weeks.
05 — Final Presentation
Each bespoke creation is carefully inspected before being presented in Jade Aura signature packaging, accompanied by the relevant jewellery and gemstone documentation where applicable.

Your Stone, Reimagined
We may also create a new setting around a gemstone already in your possession. Before accepting the commission, the stone must be inspected to determine its condition, stability and suitability for resetting. While every precaution is taken, Jade Aura cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, internal fractures or vulnerabilities within client-supplied gemstones.
Bespoke Pricing
Bespoke commissions are individually quoted according to the gemstone, precious metal, design complexity and craftsmanship required. A non-refundable design deposit is required before design development begins. This amount will be applied toward the final purchase price. Production commences once the design is approved and the agreed payment has been received.
